Structural and Functional Analysis of VitaleTheine

Vitaletheine modulators typically have biological activities similar to several structural analogues found in the literature. However, vitalethine (the disulfide of vitaletheine, first structure) is many times more potent and, over its range of effective concentrations, displays none of the obvious untoward reactions produced by its analogues.
