Notes:

Parcels 14, 15, and 16 appear to be west side of the Continental Divide, where water may be less precious.

Parcels 1-13 are east of the Divide and 1-5, 9, 12 &13 are reportedly in the Rios Gallina and Chama Watersheds.

Parcels east of the Continental Divide appear to target remaining Mancos Shale, and the Dakota Sandstone.

The Mancos and Dakota, thereunder, are directly on top of the Morrison Formation, a groundwater tributary in the Rio Chama watershed for drinking water supplies.

Production in the San Juan Basin has no bearing on developing oil and gas east of the Continental Divide.
