Notes:

BLM's entrenched dogma about geology in the Rio Chama Watershed being the same as in the San Juan Basin necessarily invalidates most of its conclusions thus far.

Focus of its Reasonable Foreseeable Development and Environmental Assessment appears to be upon oil and gas production in the San Juan Basin west of the Continental Divide, with little study of geology or parcels to the east in the Rios Gallina and Chama Watersheds.

To the east, oil and gas-producing formations were mostly stripped away by glaciation, and remnants were flushed and eroded by glacial melt, right down to Mancos Shale.

Targets to the east are directly ABOVE drinking water.
